This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Nivet, operated by 2A FIREARMS LLC. It covers mouse pads, extended desk mats, wrist rest mouse pads, and included packaging sold through this website.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Mouse Pad Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Items with stains, desk residue, cut marks, worn edges, bent corners, missing packaging, or signs of daily use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives with the wrong size, wrong color, damaged edge, torn surface, or package damage, contact care@nivet.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, and visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email care@nivet.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack the mouse pad flat or rolled as originally packaged to reduce creasing in transit.
- Mail eligible returns to: 6618 State Highway 2 E Westville, 32464 United States.
Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- No restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested size, color, or style. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, customers may request a return after delivery.
